***PAYMENT ONLINE

We accept payment online by Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card please check out as a Paypal guest. We can send you a paypal invoice if you wish - email your order to: girlflowersinfo@yahoo.com

***SHIPPING:

We ship daily by First Class Post from Colorado USA with delivery confirmation receipt. Your order will be shipped within 24 hrs of payment received.
Shipping typically takes 2-7 business days anywhere within the USA.

In the event that USPS mismanages the package it can sometimes take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please read our refund policy below before purchasing.
98% of all packages do arrive on time, but some do get stuck or lost in the USPS system. ***Please be aware of this if you need your order by a certain date.

We ship by USPS because it is the most cost effective on small orders, we charge flat rate only. On 1 - 2 items postage paid does not cover tracking, insurance and signature delivery. Insurance can be offered at a very cost effective price by USPS .

USPS Insurance rates:

up to $50 value $1.75
$50 - $100 value $2.25

If you have a preference on shipping method and want insurance/ tracking please contact us before you check out so we can set up a custom order for you.

If you are overseas delivery times can vary from 7 days to 7 weeks.
Once your package has left the USA there is no way to track international packages. Once your package has shipped we will email you a receipt number. In the event your package does not arrive you can call the post office in your country and find out if it has been delivered.

*Please make sure your ship to address is correct, we will ship to the address given in our shopping cart. If the address you have given is incorrect, we will be happy to send out another order but it will have to be purchased again.

***REFUNDS:

Packages do get lost in the mail, but it's rare - 98% arrive quickly and safely.

Within the United States:
All orders are shipped by USPS First Class Post with Delivery Confirmation receipt. Please read our shipping polices above.

Delivery Confirmation allows both seller and buyer to confirm the delivery of the package. Refunds/ replacements of items that have not arrived are based on 'Delivery Confirmation' status of the package. Due to the large number of orders we ship daily we will not email you the delivery confirmation receipt number unless you ask for it. If your package does not arrive contact us for the delivery confirmation receipt number.

Delivery Confirmation receipt:
If the package is declared "Delivered" - the package has been delivered. Please ask around, check with your neighbors, ask the post office if they have seen the package. No refund /replacement will be given if delivery confirmation states "delivered".

If the package is declared "Arrived at Unit" - the package has not been delivered. It is at your local post office. If "Arrived at Unit", print out the delivery confirmation information and go to your local post office and ask for the package. They have to find it for you. No refund will be given.

If the delivery confirmation status reads "in transit", the package is stuck somewhere within the USPS system. After 15 business days (3 weeks) from shipment date, if the package has not arrived/changed status to delivered or "arrived at unit" it is safe to say the package was lost by USPS. You will receive a refund or replacement for the order.

Outside the United States:
All orders are shipped by USPS First Class Post and do not have any tracking. Packages outside the United States can take up to 7 weeks to arrive - mainly because of customs inspection. Customs can hold packages for as long as they want before releasing. *** Please be aware of this if you need your package by a certain date.

***RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - yes we will accept returns for exchange and refund please contact us before returning item. We do advise to return item with a delivery confirmation receipt and insurance to ensure its safe return back to us. We would prefer you to be happy with your purchase before you check out. Please email us with any questions about our products.
